Branding and Website Development - Cliff Point Estates
The developers of Cliff Point Estates, a new residential development in Kodiak, Alaska, needed marketing materials that were above and beyond the typical real estate sales tools. MSI created a classy, upscale brand centered on the Unexpected Adventure one finds in Kodiak, using stunning photography and videography captured during a three-day shoot. Video, print, digital, and tradeshow collateral mirror a stunning, easy-to-use website. Four lots were pending within three months of launch.
